Well wrapped up day 2 and it was a bit more of an uphill climb today.

Since this was the second day dad was not present for the majority of the work. I found myself feeling quite frustrated that dad (Joe) was not making a bigger commitment to the family but as I like to say…emotional reactivity stems from unfinished business…so I had to look at that within myself and realize that I’m feeling stressed by having to work differently than normal which also stresses my need for predictability. For this insight into myself I get to be thankful to the dad who’s being asked to stretch his comfort also.

Finished up my work by 5 and had to bear the LA traffic for a couple hours back to my friends house where I’m staying…but its all good because their two lil’ girls Avah and Oona always greet me at the door with smiles which releases my oxytocin….and ahhh just like that the world is right.

Looking forward to a night of rest and contemplation on where the family needs to go for a paradigm shifting breakthrough.
